Q. Do I need safety gear or a racing licence?
A. No, the Canterbury Motor Racing School provides it all. Our only requirement is a driving licence, but exceptions are made under certain conditions.
Q. Are there other cars on the track?
A. Only Canterbury Motor Racing School cars will be on the circuit as we exclusively hire the track for our sole use.
Q. When and where are the courses held?
A. The gift voucher courses are all run at Powerbuilt Tools Raceway in Christchurch. We normally run a voucher day once a week, but this can vary with track availability. We recommend you book three weeks from any preferred date.
Q. Can my family and friends come to watch?
A. Absolutely! We have a viewing deck (both open and sheltered) and all facilities are provided for your use.
Q. When can I redeem my voucher?
A. We have specific booked dates, so check out the ‘Race Date Calendar’ then give us a call to book in.
